The Training and Placement, career guidance cell of IAA college provides guidance and all the assistance for the students in order to achieve their career goals. Placements is provided to all the eligible students registered for placements activities. Over the years Indo Asian Academy has always aimed at 100% placement to all the registered students. The students not registering for placement are either from foreign nationals or students wanting to peruse their higher studies. The recruitment is done in college campus, Pooled campus or Off campus. Transportation is provided to the students if there is a Pooled campus in other colleges or Off campus interview in the company premises
