Vivekanandha College of Engineering for Women, an Autonomous institution, affiliated to Anna University accredited by NBA, AICTE, New Delhi, TCS and an ISO 9000:2008 certified institute started in 2001 with 144 students, acquired an Autonomous status in 2013 academic year stretching its arm widely towards the students strength of 2200 and faculty of 200 at present.

The campus is upto the mark of the fees we paid,all the facilities they provide .,only one thing is the placement can be improved .
The infrastructure of the college,indoor and outdoor,class rooms seminar halls,auditorium is well maintined useful for the students so much.
Our hostel is the main entaertain part of all the students,because the food they are providing is really good and the space they are providing is good.and there is 8 hostel,which provides a really good sufficient area for the students.
If i have to say about our college,only we girls were there so it was like our world which heped us so much in the part of being strong women.
My only one opinion is that our faculties could have improved the interpersonal relatitionship with students,which helps the students to improve in their academics.
We have n number of books where there a great source of knowledge.
Our college management is really supporting to us in extra curricular activities,they used to conduct fest and all so often.
The academics is taken very clearly on the updated syllabus.
The aggregate marks should be high,industrial visits and all giving so well,reasearch projects and all doing under very experienced lectures.

I always wanted to study in a womens college,so only i have joined this college with my four friends,the college is really great and the academics also were good.
