Application for SRM University‘s Entrance Exam, SRMJEEE 2019 might be available from 1st week of November 2018. SRMJEEE aka SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam is a university level Entrance Examination conducted by SRM University.
Candidates passing in this exam will be able to join Engineering and M.Tech Courses in SRM Universities. SRMJEEE is mandatory for students who want to pursue Engineering courses at the university.

The fee for application will be Rs. 1,100 and you can make the payment online.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Your date of birth should be between July 1998 to July 2003 if you want to get into UG courses and DOB should be between 1st July 1994 and 1st July 1999 if you are looking for Post Graduate Course.
- Nationality should be either be Indian or NRI, You are also eligible if you hold PIO & OCI Card issued by the Government of India.
- You should have passed 12th with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Math and Biology, Botany & Zoology or Biotechnology from a recognized board.
- Minimum aggregate will be 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Math if you want to join attankulathur, Ramapuram and Vadapalani campuses and 55% for NCR, Delhi campus.
Exam Pattern:
SRMJEEE includes questions based on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology. All the questions will be in English and the exam will be held online.
There won’t be negative marks for wrong answers but each right answer will fetch you 3 marks. All the questions will be in multiple choice format. Duration of exam will be two and a half hours.
Each subject will have 35 questions except Biology which will have 50 questions. There will be a total of 315 questions and each subject carries total marks of 105
Syllabus for SRMJEEE 2019 Exam:
Physics: Units and Measurement, Mechanics, Gravitation, Mechanics of Solids and Fluids, Ray and Wave Optics, Electricity and Magnetism, Oscillations and Wave Motions, Heat and Thermodynamics, Atomic Physics and Relatively, Dual Nature of Matter and Nuclear Physics, Electronics & Communication, etc.
Chemistry: Atomic Structure, Chemical Families: Periodic Properties, Chemical Bonding, Molecular Structure and s&p- block elements, States of matter, Chemical Thermodynamics & Energetic, Solutions, Chemical Equilibrium, Purification and Characterization of Organic Compounds, Electrochemistry, Some Basic Principles of Organic Chemistry, Surface Chemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Catalysis and Nuclear Chemistry, Hydrocarbons, Organic Compounds Containing Oxygen, Complex Numbers and Quadratic Equations, Matrices, Determinants and their Applications, Organic Compounds Containing Nitrogen, BioMolecules, Polymers, etc.
Mathematics: Combinatorics, Sets, Relations and Functions, Algebra, Differential Calculus and its applications, Integral Calculus & Differential Equations of First order, Analytical Geometry, Vector Algebra, Statistics and Probability, Complex Numbers, Quadratic Equations, etc.
Biology: Taxonomy of Angiosperm, Plant Anatomy, Cell Biology and Genetics, Biotechnology, Plant Physiology, Biology in Human Welfare, etc.
How to fill up the Form:
Keep in mind that all the details you put into application form should be valid. Here are steps to fill it out.
- First, you have to register on the SRM Official Website, click here. The username and password will be sent to e-mail you have mentioned while registration.
- Log in using the username and password sent to your email.
- After logging in successfully fill up the form for SRMJEEE 2019 with all the valid details.
- Upload the scanned copy of your signature and photograph.
- You then have to pay the application fee using e-payment or unique voucher code.
Important Dates to Remember:
- Application Form Release: 1st Week Of November 2018
- Last Date for Submission: Last Week Of March 2019
- Admit Card Available On April 2019
- Exam Date: April 2019
- Results: May 2019
- Counseling: May 2019
