Nadgir Institute of Engineering & Technology was started in the year 2004. The College is imparting, quality technical education to the students of Karnataka and other states of India. It is owned and managed by Nadgir Education Society , Bangalore. The College is a private, unaided, self-financed minority Institution, recognized by the Government of Karnataka, All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) - New Delhi, and is affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum 590018, Karnataka. Nadgir Institute of Engineering & Technology stands in the forefront, rooted in the ideal of self-help, excellence and technological progress, coupled with the most important values of our great Indian tradition. The challenge that we have set for ourselves is to encourage, empower and inspire even these students to highest standards of academic excellence in a short while. Nadgir Institute of Engineering & Technology has planned to meet the requirements of Hi-Tech education. It caters to the need of present day in the field of Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Computer Science & Information Science. The curriculum development by VTU is being effectively carryied out by talented staff. The institute has created excellent infrastructure with the background of greenery.

Very poor infrastructure and placements.This college needs to improve a lot.Very small campus.Labs and class rooms are not modern updated.faculty is only thing best here.They are very well knowledgable.So we can study here with the help of the faculty support.
