PUNJAB PMET 2018

• Registration of applicant.

• Visit the official website of Punjab PMET and fill in your personal details.

• You will have a login ID and a password you can use for the main registration.

• Proceed to the main registration of applicant and provide details about education.

• The candidate has to choose a centre for examination from the list of centre.

• Check the information you entered once again and then click the Final Submit button.

• Payment of the fees through Bank challan or via online payment getaway.

• The examination fee of Punjab PMET 2018 is INR 5000 for General and INR 2500 for SC category candidates.

• Age: All candidates must be 17 years of age on or before December 31, 2018, to fulfil the eligibility criteria.

• Education: Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or other equivalent examination of 10+2 Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually to satisfy the eligibility criteria. 

• General category: General category candidates must have obtained 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English which is set as their eligibility criteria.

• Reservation Quota: SC/BC category candidates must have obtained 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English

• Domicile: The candidates should be bonafide of Punjab state and candidates should have passed the 12th examination from the school located in Punjab or Chandigarh to cover-up the eligibility criteria.

• Defence Quota: Candidates following under Wards of defence/military/paramilitary personnel posted in Punjab are also set under the eligibility criteria to apply for Punjab PMET. 

• Eligible Students: Defense/military/paramilitary personnel posted in Punjab and then posted to other states while their children took the 12th study from Punjab are also set under the eligibility criteria to apply for Punjab PMET. Children of state government person or employee of boards/corporations/statutory bodies, established by an act of the state of Punjab, posted outside Punjab before 1st January of the year of admission and took the 12th from outside, are also set under the eligibility criteria to apply for Punjab PMET.
