About (Brief discription)
The fellowship will be provided to candidates to carry out their PhD work in any of the universities in Haryana.Department of Science & Technology, Government of Haryana invites applications for HSCST Fellowship Programme 2018 from students pursuing M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Science subjects namely, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences and Engineering Sciences etc.
Eligibility
- Students pursuing M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Science subjects namely, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences and Engineering Sciences etc. are eligible to apply.
- Candidate must have obtained minimum 55% marks in the respective subjects.
- Candidate should have opted for CSIR JRF (NET) and have qualified the eligibility test for Lectureship-NET in joint CSIR-UGC Test for JRF and LS (NET) which was held on 18.12.2016 & 18.06.2017.
- Candidate applying for the fellowship must not be receiving any other scholarship/fellowship.
- Candidate should not be more than 28 years of age as on 01.07.2017 (Age relaxation of 5 years will be given in case of SC/ST/women/handicapped and OBC).
